Phyllis Howard

Phyllis transitioned from a 24-year career at Nortel Networks to real estate, bringing 15 years of experience in Wake, Granville, and Franklin County residential markets. She grew up on a tobacco farm in southern Granville County and remains rooted in the community through Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, where she serves as organist. She believes in balancing the needs of all parties in a transaction.
